Jason Darke
Based in the Peak District, and with twenty years experience in Garden Design and Landscaping, I have worked on a wide range of projects, ranging from small courtyards to larger country gardens. I feel equally comfortable working on traditional and contemporary garden designs, and particularly enjoy tackling challenging projects which encourage creative and unique solutions.
I am usually involved in the project management of the garden build. Whilst this is not essential, I feel the finished garden benefits greatly from an integrated and well thought out approach. My in depth experience in garden construction greatly enhances my ability to design the perfect garden. I fully understand the materials, plants and construction methods so always endeavour to design a garden which looks stunning and is realistic and cost-effective to build.
I pride myself in listening to the needs of my client and designing a garden that really suits your tastes and needs. My challenge is to create the perfect garden for you without it being too coloured by the designer's tastes and preferences. I always aim to meet all my client needs and tastes, then to further enhance your garden with a creativity, beauty and uniqueness which will really make it stand out.
I believe in greener gardens, and throughout the design and construction process I focus on meeting the brief whilst being mindful of the environmental impact of the building processes and materials. I explore greener philosophies more in Greener by Design.

This Sheffield garden will re-use,…

Although a ‘3D’ isometric view would give more insight and depth, it still wouldn’t really allow one to understand and experience the proposed…
